When you need more than one-to-one

Individual coaching gets you ready to tackle your career challenges. But sometimes you need to hear how other women have handled similar situations - and sometimes the whole organisation needs to change how it operates.


That's where group coaching and team coaching come in.

Group Coaching for Women: Individual Goals, Peer Support

The situation: You're dealing with career challenges that feel isolating - being the only woman in leadership meetings, navigating maternity leave in a sea-going role, or fighting for recognition in technical discussions. Sound familiar?


What happens here: Small groups of women (6-8 maximum) from different maritime organisations, each working on their individual career goals. You get coaching on your specific challenges while hearing how others handle similar situations.


Who this works for: Women in maritime who want intensive focus on their individual goals, plus the insight and support of peers who understand the industry context.


What we work on: Your specific career objectives - securing promotion, changing companies, building leadership presence, negotiating salary, managing workplace politics. Each woman has different goals, but everyone understands why "that's just shipping culture" isn't an acceptable answer.


The benefit: You get coaching on your individual challenges plus strategies and perspectives from women who've faced similar situations. No explaining the context, no justifying why certain behaviours are problematic - everyone gets it.


Format: 12 weeks, monthly 2-hour sessions, individual goal-setting and accountability. 


Next women's group starts December 2025 - 6 spots available. One-to-one clients get priority access to women's groups.

Teams Coaching: Fix the System, Keep the Talent
